Florence is a kind and open-minded woman with very low tolerance for annoying drunks. She has been known to physically throw out unruly customers with her bare hands, no matter how buff said customers are.

Florence is the owner of a bar in the Trash City that has become an unofficial meeting ground for Faust’s gang, though it technically is neutral ground and no gang fights are tolerated in her bar.
She helps smuggle magic users into the city, in exchange for help running the bar.
